The Kent Senior Activity Center’s Readers Theater Troupe, also known as the Knot Quite Write Players, are presenting their spring performances on May 9 and 16 at 1:15 p.m., on the Social Hall Stage of the Kent Senior Activity Center (600 E. Smith St., Kent). Tickets are $1, and will be sold at 12:30 p.m. the day of each performance. Doors will open at 1:00 p.m. for a 1:15 p.m. curtain call.

Two plays by Drena Heizer, The Journey and The Mystery Thing will be performed, with special permission from ArtAge Publications Senior Theatre Resource Center. There will be two more plays featured:Your Call Is Important to Us, written by Linda DeVange, and In Plain Sight, written by Susan Jarrett. Both Linda and Susan are KWQP members.

Both the Kent Lions Club and The Chateau at Valley Center are corporate co-sponsors of this event, and have made a substantial contribution towards the purchase of wireless sound enhancing equipment for the audience. Special options will be available for those who are hearing impaired.
