Puget Sound Fire is reporting that five of its firefighters have been placed in precautionary quarantine after an exposure to the COVID-19 coronavirus.
“All five are currently doing great,” officials said.
“This does not affect our staffing or response to calls,” they added. “Because of situations like this and the changing nature of this pandemic, we are changing how we protect ourselves on calls.”
