The KM Activities Booster first annual fundraiser benefiting Kent-Meridian High School’s Instrumental Music Program – “Jazz at the Royal Club” – will be held on Friday May 4, 2018 in the Kent-Meridian High School Cafeteria.
Tickets are available online from now until May 3 at https://jazzattheroyalclub.brownpapertickets.com for $20.
Tickets will be available at the door for $25.
Admission includes performances by the award winning Kent-Meridian Jazz Band with featured local jazz artist, Jory Tindall and a choice of a delicious dessert.
Doors open at 7 pm and the performance will commence at 7:30 pm.
The KM Activities Booster Club is seeking donations of specialty desserts along with sponsorships. Your support will be greatly appreciated and remembered by the many students, parents and supporters who attend this special night of jazz. All funds raised will be used to fund the 2018/2019 Kent-Meridian Instrumental Music Program’s operating budget. KM Activities Booster Club is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization and all donations are tax deductible. Please complete the attached donation form, retaining one half for your records if necessary, and return the other half of the form along with your donation to KM Activities Booster at the address on the form. Alternatively, you may coordinate with your Kent-Meridian Instrumental Music Program Booster contact to arrange pick up of your donation and/or to discuss a sponsorship package to support instrumental music education at Kent-Meridian High School. It is very important for tax purposes to include the retail value of your donation. Donation checks should be made out to “KM Activities Booster Club.” with a memo note for Kent-Meridian Instrumental Music Program. Thank you for your support.

Sponsorship Levels:
- Duke Ellington $500: Includes eight tickets to the event with preferred seating, 1 whole specialty dessert to be enjoyed at your table, and the benefits outlined above.
- Count Basie $250: Includes four tickets to the event with preferred seating and the benefits outlined above.
- Miles Davis $100: Includes two tickets to the event and the benefits outlined above.
