The Kent School District community passed the bond in 2016, and now the District is seeking public input for the new presentation systems that will be installed in 1,800 classrooms.

After an extensive review of available technology, five interactive panels have been identified as finalists to provide an interactive solution, the district said.

The Information Technology Department is hosting three hands-on demonstrations of the products so teachers, staff, parents, and community members can see, use, and ask questions about the panels being considered.

  • Wednesday, Jan. 10: 3 – 6 p.m., Kent Phoenix Academy (11000 SE 264th Street, Kent)
  • Thursday, Jan. 11: 3 – 6 p.m., Kent Phoenix Academy (11000 SE 264th Street, Kent)
  • Friday, Jan. 12: 3 – 6 p.m., Kent Phoenix Academy (11000 SE 264th Street, Kent)

Those who choose to participate in the demonstrations will be given the opportunity to take a survey to help determine the final product selection.
