At the start of Tuesday night’s City Council session (Jan. 2), returning Councilmember Brenda Fincher, new lawmakers Satwinder Kaur and Toni Troutner, along with new Mayor Dana Ralph were given the Oath of Office by Municipal Court Judge Karli Kristine Jorgenson.
