Detectives looking for vehicle used in the homicide

Yesterday around noon King County Sheriff’s detectives arrested a 23-year-old Renton woman for the vehicular homicide that occurred at Beaver Lake Park in Sammammish last Wednesday. Detectives believe the woman was the driver of an SUV that struck and killed a 22-year-old man at Beaver Lake Park last Wednesday. The suspect has been booked into the King County Jail for vehicular homicide.

Detectives are asking for the public’s help to find the vehicle used in the homicide. Police obtained video of the suspect vehicle leaving the scene by a citizen that caught it on a dash camera.

Detectives believe the vehicle is a mid-2000 model Gold Infiniti mid-size SUV with five-point chrome wheels, similar to the one pictured below.
