Wish you could train like the Seattle Seahawks?

Well, if you’re a student at Kent-Meridian High School, you can this year – after remodeling their weight room, the NFL team donated equipment to three local high schools, including K-M.

“I feel like we hit the lottery,” Football Coach Justin Callander said.

Here’s more from Seahawks.com:

After the team’s weight room at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center got a facelift during the offseason, the Seahawks organization took it upon themselves to donate the old equipment to a few area high schools.

From free weights to squat racks to leg-press machines, plenty of exercise equipment made its way to Chief Sealth International High School, Rainier Beach High School, and Kent-Meridian High School. I can only imagine how excited the athletic programs were at each of these schools to receive such a donation.
