With the assistance of the community, the Kent Police Department this week arrested prolific criminal offender Troy M. Vasquez and charged him with Attempted Theft and Criminal Trespass.
Police say that Vasquez is considered a Prolific Criminal Offender by the Kent Police Department for the following reasons:

- Vasquez has been named in 35 Kent Police cases since 2015, including but not limited to:
- Theft (20)
- Robbery (2)
- Assault (2)
- Vehicle theft (2 – Both in 2019)
- Stolen vehicle recovery
- Vasquez has been named in 35 Kent Police cases since 2015, including but not limited to:
Police add that Vasquez also has several criminal convictions which include: Two felonies, 18 Gross Misdemeanors, and 5 misdemeanors.
