The greater Kent community is invited to attend a scholarship awards ceremony on Tuesday, May 29 to present 39 local students with scholarships totaling over $50,000.
The event is being hosted by five local organizations – Kent Area PTSA, Rotary Club of Kent, Kent Sunrise Rotary, Denali Federal Credit Union and Kent Community Foundation – who will present college and career scholarships to students within the Kent School District for various achievements.
Students, parents, teachers, mentors and members of the community are invited to join in the celebration:

WHEN: Tuesday, May 29, 2018: 6:30 – 8:30 p.m.
- Kent Mayor Dana Ralph will open the ceremony at 6:30 p.m.
- Following the ceremony, there will be a reception with light refreshments in the cafeteria.
