From our friends at DAWN:

DAWN Breakfast – Returning Dignity To Survivors
Wednesday, April 25, 2018

Join DAWN in our mission to return dignity to survivors of domestic violence. At this breakfast we will share with you the incredible need for our services, and how fast the need is growing in communities all around us. You can make a huge difference in direct services, mobile advocacy, youth prevention, and make life saving changes just by attending! We invite you to be our guest!

Kent Mayor Dana Ralph, along with Covington Police Chief Andrew McCurdy will both speak.

We are working with the Mayor and the Chief and other local agencies to talk about the power of philanthropy and partnership.

While guests are enjoying breakfast, DAWN will share the groundbreaking services they offer to survivors. Since 1980, DAWN has been a leading agency in domestic violence programs, prevention, and partnerships in south King County. We work with clients in 17 cities in south King County, many in areas where you are publishing. We are headquartered in Downtown Kent.

DAWN is poised for growth in a way that will offer direct services to even more people living out the trauma of domestic violence in their homes.

Did you know DAWN helps nearly 5,000 people each year in King County, many are women and children fleeing abuse.
