The second round of results were released for Tuesday’s Special Election, and the two Levys for the Kent School District are both trending upward, but are still failing.

Prop. 1 is now trailing by just 105 votes – down from 449 – and Prop. 2 is behind by 323 votes – down from 590 in the first returns:
