Unknown Suspect Fires Shots in Downtown Kent

No injuries have been reported but a building was hit. 

Kent News: Kent police officers shot and killed a 20-year-old Seattle man wanted for violating a no contact domestic violence order after he attempted to flee the scene.

Yesterday around noon a male walked out of the Department of Corrections office at 606 W. Gowe in downtown Kent, and an unknown suspected fired more than one shot in his direction.

At this time, the Kent Police Department reports that no one has said they were hit or injured, but a nearby building was struck. The Kent Police Department is working to locate and identify the man who left the office at the time the shots were fired to see if the incident was related to him and to identify the suspect.
