Learn how to use stories, photos, poetry, etc. to leave a legacy of love

The City of Kent’s 50+ program will host a ‘Leave a Legacy of Love’ projects workshop on Valentine’s Day, February 14 (10 AM – 11:30 AM) at the Kent Senior Center (600 E. Smith St.). During the workshop, participants will get tips and suggestions to help families create their own legacy of love projects including stories, poetry, photos, books, narration, CDs, DVDs and more.

The workshop will also include samples of a legacy book, two DVD legacy projects, and a 40 foot wide life-story photo essay. There is no charge for the event, but pre-registration is required. To learn more or to register, call 253-856-5164 and ask to be registered for Legacy Project Workshop #61377.
