Firefighters and paramedics were not able to revive the man

Yesterday afternoon the body of an adult male was removed from Clark Lake on 240th Street on Kent’s East Hill. Someone called 911 to report a body in the lake around 4:35 PM, December 31, 2016, reported Kent Regional Fire Authority (now Puget Sound Fire Authority).

Firefighters and paramedics who responded to the incident performed CPR on the patient, but could not revive him. Foul play is not suspected.

The family of the man has been notified. The Medical Examiner has released the man’s identity: 63-year-old Rashpal Singh.
